Shipping policy

Please note we only ships within Australia. We ship your chosen product to all Australian states. If you place and pay for an order from an international location we will refund your payment in full. We use Australia post service. All orders are delivered during business hours 9 am to 5 pm weekdays, except Public Holidays, for pack and dispatch of orders. We dispatch in stock items around midday and most orders will go out within two to five days of receipt. If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple carriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations. 

    Shipping costs

    The cost of postage and handling within Australia varies widely depending on the size and weight of the items of your order. To see what your shipping will be, simply add the items to your cart, click the 'Checkout' button and enter your Shipping address, then click the 'Continue to Shipping Method' button and the postage cost will appear.

    Deliveries

    Carriers are unfortunately not able to specify an exact delivery time. Please do let us know if it is ok for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place out of the weather if you are not home to avoid any re-delivery issues. If you are not home and you have not given authority to leave the parcel, a card will be left detailing where the parcel can be picked up from. You will have to contact the carrier to organize collecting the parcel from that depot. An additional fee may occur to you for re delivery. Upon arrival of your package, please note any damage to the box as well as any damage to the item itself.

    Payment policy

    We are committed to a safe, enjoyable and smooth online shopping experience for all customers. When you are ready to purchase your items, click the 'Checkout' button. On your payment screen, you will see the total amount of items. Please add your payment method and billing address.

    We accept a number of payment methods:

    Visa or Mastercard. Once you confirm your order, you can choose to pay securely by credit or debit card.

    Return policy

    We believe you will be delighted with the quality of the items you order and we endeavor to describe all items as accurately as possible through our product photos and descriptions.

    To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, we offer you 10 days to return your purchase for a refund or exchange. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item for a refund. 

    A few things to consider for returns:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Item is received back within 10 days of the date of purchase; and
    • Are accompanied by a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
    • We may request images of any damaged goods to confirm the extent of the damage.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late/missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, we would advise checking your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us using the contact form on our website.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using the contact form on our website.

    Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
